WHEN WE BEGAN THIS PROCESS WE WERE DEALING WITH SEAN, AND HE DID HIS PART JUST LIKE ALL SALESMAN! AS SOON AS HE INTRODUCED US TO THIS OUTSTADING OTHER EMPLOYEE W/AN PROFESSIONAL ( WITH NAME OF JAY)! FROM THE FIRST TELEPHONE CALL I MADE TO THAT EMPLOYEE? NOTHING WITH PROFESSIONAL SERVICE TOOK OFF LIKE AN TRAIN! THE PHONE CALL WAS ANSWERED ON THE FIRST ANSWER, AND YES MA'M, AND I  WAS SO COMFORTABLE FELL DOWN IN THE SOFA, AND THAT MADE ME FEEL SO COMFORTABLE, AND BCS OF SERVICE LIKE THAT? IF I HAD AN COMPANY? I WILL STEAL HIM FOR YOU! HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING STEP BY STEP?  HE CALLED US OVER AND OVER AND CHECKED OF THE PROCESS OF THE WORK AND THAT WAS WHEN I THOUGHT? YOU THE WORK WAS AS HIS HOUSE! THE PROCESS WITH THE WORKERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY EASY TO COMMUNICATE WITH US BEEN WE ARE BILINGUAL AND THE BEST PART OF THIS PROJECT? IS JAY CHECKED TO ALSO MADE ME SHOCKED BECAUSE THAT WAS THE FIRST THING JAY ASKED ME WHEN EVERYTHING WAS DONE DID THEY CLEAN UP AND YOU COULD BELIEVE THAT PROJECT MADE US FEEL SO COMFORTABLE! WELL? THERE ARE NO MORE WORDS TO DESCRIBE "JAY FOR ALL IS PROPS! EVERY SINGLE WORD FOR THIS CAME FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY ❤️! His professionalism set the tone for the whole project. Yaniv, my designer, was truly exceptional. I shared just a few inspiration photos, and he immediately understood what I wanted. He brought my vision to life with creativity and expertise, making thoughtful suggestions and ensuring every detail matched my style. The communication was excellent at every step; I always knew what was happening and felt confident in the team’s abilities. The craftsmanship and quality of the work exceeded my expectations. The remodel was completed on time, with minimal disruption to my daily life, and the results are absolutely stunning. I am thrilled with my new master bath, it’s exactly what I dreamed of! If you’re looking for a contractor who delivers on their promises, communicates clearly, and makes the remodeling process enjoyable, look no further. We recently had our bathroom remodeled by BTNH (Jay) and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, Jay and his team were professional, courteous, and highly skilled. They helped us choose beautiful tile and fixtures that perfectly fit our style and budget. The work was completed on schedule, and they kept the workspace clean every day.
